Meadow

Background

A Meadowlark Perched Atop a Thousand Skulls, or simply "Meadow" in Essysian common, was a magic instructor at the Silverpeak Institute.
Meadow is the last surviving Wood Elf on Essyk after the genocidal campaign of the High Elves.  Before their deaths, the elder Wood Elf priestesses of performed a ritual on Meadow (a child at the time), which would pass on all the suffering and anguish of each slain soul into her.  Once infused with this tremendous force, Meadow was intended to become consumed by grief, acting as a vengeful and maddened killing machine.
Meadow has learned to overcome and manage the grief inside her, now living as a pacifist.

In-Game Events

Meadow was the instructor for Demdan, Ugie and Fabian.  Recognizing the grief within Demdan, she developed a particular fondness for him, gifting him an orb which would bolster his necromantic abilities.
Blightspawn Arc Meadow was mentioned by Kraka the Dryad Queen, who saw her pacifism as a terrible waste.  Kraka lamented Meadow's "domestication" to mortal life.
Lich Arc Due to her magical senses, Meadow was able to see some of the residue on Demdan caused by his Geas with Siobhan.  Meadow attempted a cleansing ritual with some burnt sage.  The ritual was a failure, causing the to smoke congeal into obsidian shards and injure several students.  Meadow expressed her horror and concern for Demdan.
Battle of Silverpeak Meadow was part of a coterie of magic users led by Tiana.  During the dragon attacks, they worked to shield and contain the damage.
Meadow has not been seen since Anjali's death.
