Duchy of Harrelle

A relatively new addition to the Empire, the Duchy is located on the tip of a large southern landmass several hundred miles south of the Empire. In good weather, the trip to Harrelle would take roughly 3 weeks, but sudden storms and squalls can extend this time. As such, the Duchy is more independent than most royal holdings in the empire, and are usually left to their own devices...as long as the taxes and tribute continue to flow.
