Sentinel Drone

Sentinel drones are arthropod-shaped infantry drones, commonly used for patrol and light combat duties. Sentinel drones are typically piloted by a remote user located just outside the combat zone, enhancing their decision-making capabilities and limiting the risk to living soldiers. If communications are blocked, drones are able to operate in a rudimentary autonomous mode. More advanced militaries have been known to field large numbers of sentinel drones commanded by a single Autonoma AI, rather than an organic pilot. Various specialized drones have been derived from the classic Sentinel design, while the body-type has also lent itself to mass-produced Autonoma forms. DTG Figures
