Orbit-to-Ground Lance "Thunder Gun"

The "Thunder Gun" is a large scale weapon emplacement, used for orbital to ground combat. The large electrical discharge simulates a massive lightning strike, drawing from ionic disturbances at the source. The weapon is known as a "Thunder Gun" due to the distinctive sound that accompanies a discharge.
Thunder Guns are commonly fielded by various armies.
