Guardian of the Veil Steel

Each member of the mysterious ‘Guardians of the Veil’ is bequeathed one of these blades; two variants, alike in all but size, are code named ‘King’ and ‘Prince,’ respectively. Their most distinctive feature is a hidden function: when activated by a trained user, the sword can, “pierce the veil,” and open a tear into or out of the Dim.
