The Arcanum

The floating tower known as the Arcanum is located in the centre of North Belora and houses some of the greatest magical knowledge of this world. The Arcanum was established a few years after the convergence, it was formed to study the convergence and to protect the statue of the duelling dragons. With the growth of empires around it and with more people wanting to join the Arcanum. Its influence began to grow, Although it always remained neutral to any conflict it would often help broker peace treaties or solve any disputes amongst the empires. Each empire now has an Archmage as a councillor.
