Military action

One of the defining military actions of the Morning War, locking each side into a drawn out conflict.

The first full scale confrontation between the two factions took place at what is known today as Umbral Hill, and was a disaster for both sides. The Paladins of the Dawn fielded their full strength to seize the ancient city of Umbranos, which had become the new Capital City of the Reborn Ishar Empire. Anticipating the assault, the Ishar Empire gathered their forces to defend the capital, resulting in a costly stalemate for both sides.
