Halvin (Howl Vihn)
A small village full of lovely people and lovely food.
Demographics
Halvin is a mostly Human dominated settlement, with the occasional dwarf, halfling, or elf here aswell.
Government
The mayor of Halvin, Fergus Hillingham, runs the small settlement with votes and is very faithful to his people.
Defences
There arent any big defenses, besides guards and hired mercenaries, theres nothing else.
Industry & Trade
The main source of money in Halvin is The Drunken Dragon itself. The general store makes almost the same amount but its never as busy as the tavern. The bakery makes a small amount of money, but its the third best performing place in town. There arent any exports, unless adventureres want to trade something.
Infrastructure
Most of Halvin is farmland and houses. They have one Tavern and an Inn combined into one building, called The Drunken Dragon. The biggest building in the town is the Town Hall, which is in the center and every dirt path leads to it. The waterwheel here sits on the river that runs through the town which is used to grind the grain. The river itself has wooden bridges built over it to connect to the other half of the town. There is a bakery aswell which is a big source of food for the inhabitants.
Districts
Every place in the town is open to adventurers, besides private homes.

Theres a general store here and a tavern and inn built into one building.
History
Halvin was established just twenty years ago by Fergus Hillingham and his son, and they built the townhall together. Unfortunetly, Fergus' son got deathly sick and passed away, just a few years later. The town was named in his honor. People slowly trickled into Halvin and began to live there. There have been goblin raids and such, but nothing too awful.
Architecture
The buildings are made of wood with brick roof tiling.
Geography
Halvin lies just east the the beginnings of the Gyriiok Mountain Range. The plains before it get quite a few adventurers.
Climate
The weather here is usually really nice, but occasionally it rains and thunders.
Natural Resources
The fields have insanely good farming potential, which allows the denizens to have food year round.
