Dragon Empire Saga

The world of the Dragon Empire Saga is a new in development Science fiction setting using the W.O.I.N. (What's Old Is New) role playing system.   The setting is also the setting for a series of novels soon to be published under A public license. the novels outline the story of a rebellion against and oppressive Empire.
