Uaris

A drow elf who became so obsessed with the power from the Soul of Skorn that he stole it from Mylarion to have to himself. He sought refuge in a cave just outside Seaside Villa to practice his dark arts. When the spells he was studying required human sacrifice, Uaris went to Pieron Stormbreaker , the Lord of Seaside Villa, and proposed Pieron give up his people in return for Mylarion to never attack Seaside Villa. Pieron agreed, and Uaris kidnapped and executed villagers for 3 years before the events of the campaign.
