Infestation, Illness, or Spoilage

Provisioning a sea journey is challenging, particularly when allocating what to pack for the voyage. A rat infestation or an outbreak of even a minor illness can spell disaster at sea.

Each day, the Officers and Crew may each contribute to a Group Check to resolve the conflict.

16-19 DC 20 - severe infestation, contagious outbreak, or widespread spoilage

More failures than successes Failure - 15% affected (cumulative) - the crew's quality score decreases by 1
0 successes Total Failure - 20% affected (cumulative) - the crew's quality score decreases by 1, and the distraction caused by the crises forces the ship to move at half speed that day
