Althaea Firahel

Physical Characteristics

Althaea is a prime example of her drow heritage. She has white shoulder length hair, black eyes, and pale gray skin. She is usually seen wearing riding leathers, hay sticking out of random places, grass stains on her hands.

Personal History

From an early age, Althaea knew she loved horses. She knew she wanted to live her life surrounded by them, make a living off of them if she could. Her family ran a farm that fed the local town of Hexe, but did not provide much in the way of horseflesh. They had horses to care for their livestock and property, occasionally traded with the rare traveler that came through, but nothing past that. When she shared her desire to change that with her father, he immediately supported her. 
Her father traveled to a somewhat-nearby larger town to purchase a foal for her. He tasked her with raising the animal on her own, from gentling to training it to be ridden. She worked tirelessly for years with the animal, more dedicated to it than her family had ever seen her with anything. Her father was convinced and helped her build a business out of it. She now supplies the town with quality horses, helping to encourage tourism.

Fun Facts

• She sleeps more than the average person with an extremely irregular sleep schedule. 

Party's Introduction

The party met Althaea when they went to the local livery to inquire about horses. They found her sleeping and only half-interested in what they had to say, but she was kind.
