Preserving the Cycle

Latham'tar presides over the birth-life-death cycle, maintaining the natural order of mortal lives. Latham'tar works not to end life, but to ensure that the cycle is reciprocated and that death gives way to life. Latham'tar works closely with her husband Hilam'tar to ensure that life is prosperous and fulfilling before the cycle begins again. Latham'tar's greatest adversaries are necromancers who seek to undo the sacred cycle of mortal life.

Holidays

Each person keeps a personal count of their birth date, known as their First Cycle date. They count this each year until they die and their loved ones count a second important date when remembering their loved one; their Final Cycle date, they day that they died.

Divine Goals & Aspirations

Latham'tar's only goal is the maintenance of the cycle and that death gives way to new life. Latham'tar and her followers most often do battle against the forces of necromancers and the undead.
