The Hoard

A mass of Hollows, all united in some fell purpose, controlled by an unknown power.
They are not often seen within in society, rather sticking to its fringes, in hovels, sewers, and ruins. they appear to act in unison and are currently completing a task on behalf of their master. When encountering a Hollow it is often difficult to know whether they are simply a poor unfortunate or that they are involved in this greater scheme.
