Lord Scurlock

An ancient noble, said to be immortal, like the Emperor, or a vampire, or a sorcerer. Obsessed with the Occult.
Lord Scurlock is an enigmatic individual, when approached he is cold and old fashioned but there is always something uneasy about him. He lives in the ruins of a dilapidated manor house in Six Towers and in the Catacombs that lie under it. Here he holds an immense collection of occult and arcane artefacts. From Books to curios to random ephemera he utilises all of his knowledge to further his dealings with demons.
There is an acnient magic that has bound him to the demon Setarra. Deep within the city he has access to an ancient demonic temple that may have had a role in binding them together. Over the centuries their roles as master and servant have changed many times, so that now their relationship is only more complicated.
Either through his age, or arcane magics he has also secured himself to the spirits of the world, Ghosts can't see, hear or harm him. He makes no sound when he moves and is sometimes difficult to look at directly.
