Whilst they cannot command any physical power within the city, these masters of the pen have still been known to bring their opposition low. Through the gossip and news they deal in, and the broadsheets printed for the masses they are able to turn the fury of the mob on their enemies. Any action taken against them is either done in utter secrecy or with an assured knowledge that they can withstand the storm of public violence until it has moved onto the next tragedy.
