Cullfield

If there had ever been a true capital of the Severosi people This would have been it. There are no records of this cities founding, but it has been a meeting place and spiritual home for centuries. its centrepiece is a grand towering castle that is now falling into disrepair after many centuries of use and disruption. The Severosi are not naturally builders, but this monument stands for what they are capable. its sprawling buildings show signs of many eras of construction, mismatched but unified in their grandiosity. It rises up from the windswept planes, protected only by rites and rituals performed in its construction.
In the modern age it still boasts an impressive population and is one of the only cities that lives without a permanent lightning barrier. It is the dream of many Severosi to retire to this city when they have reached the age where travelling the spirit and wind haunted planes would be detrimental to the tribe. If there was ever a good exported from this unique city, it would be the stories it produces. Many scholars of different schools make the dangerous trek out to this city in order to examine not only the arcane runes but also the people that reside here.
