Endless war has taken its toll on Domhan, and the very fabric of the plane can sometimes rise up in order to fight the people that dare to harm it so. Phenomena such as these remain relatively rare, but sometimes, angry druids can also summon such creatures. With the force of the earth itself behind them, these menaces often interrupt important battles between the nations, ironically causing further destruction in the long run.
Rastlin is particularly adept at manipulating these phenomena, and use them as soldiers for his armies.
