Arlinde Filloughsbi

The Life of Your Love, and the Love of Your Life

Arlinde Filloughsbi is a pompous writer who markets himself as the inventor of the "love language."

Physical Description

Arlinde Filloughsbi is an elf that stands at about 6'3". He has blonde hair that is in dire need of a haircut. It's always perfectly straight and presentable, but it's nearly passed his waist. Arlinde is very thinly built. Despite this, he still seems slightly out of shape, like he hasn't been outside in weeks.

Repuation

Filloughsbi first got his popularity through a series of poems he called "The Soulseeker's Diary, Addressed to the Gods, but Abandoned In Our Realm - An Open Letter To Love - An Open Dialogue to Chance - and An Open Exchange of Fate." Yes, that's the full title. Audiences devoured this content. For once, someone had written all of their purest emotions in content so exceptionally vague and cryptic that it applied to nearly every scenario! Critics especially loved the fourth part (out of 29), where he talked about his desire to grow leaves like a tree, just so that he could enjoy the Sun again.   Filloughsbi continued to write literature throughout his life, though the more famous he got, the less he put out. Eventually he got rich enough to move to Celesta and surround himself with beautiful women. He claims that he does this to "remain inspired." Unfortunately, Filloughsbi has been suffering from an intense bout of writer's block, and it's been difficult for him to follow up his last book, which goes by the title of "Liffe IV." Yes, he purposely misspelled life, and no, there isn't a Liffe I, II, or III. It's so profound.   Filloughsbi's fanbase spreads nearly worldwide, but most people have grown to view his work as pretentious. Still, his devout group of fans continue to craft overcomplicated theories on how Arlinde's books have saved their love life, and have thus made them love life. Deep.
