Detlom: Town of Necromancy

This is my first homebrew as well as the first session I ever gmed as a one-shot/episode 0 of a campaign. It's designed to be anything goes with no hard lines or hard concepts and more conducive to narrative heavy rp than mechanical rp.   It's a gothic horror setting ostensibly set in Pahfinder's Golarion, specifically Ustalav. A land of chaos and evil, which multitudes of independent agents vie for with reasons as of yet to be discovered, all unpredictable and susceptible to improvisation from both players a GM. Only one constant, necromancy is in practice everywhere.
