This can happen in any residential building, regardless of size, type, or amount of floors. However, it must be a residential building. Commercial facilities, Coalition sites, etc, do not experience the phenomena.
Anomaly 14's occurrence often acts as a bad omen towards the inhabitants of whatever building it appears in. These bad omens can manifest as simple objects going missing, such as eyeglasses or wallets, all the way up to death of a resident of the building. God will someone PLEASE stop that crying. The phenomena will demanifest once the bad omen is fulfilled. This has taken as little as twenty minutes, to as long as 5 months.
