In Kalais, when you need a hero, you choose a mortal man. You train him up, teach him the ways of the wise, and you test his honor. You tear him down until he can build himself up strong enough to move mountains. You make him more than a man. In Kem, when you need a hero, you build one from stone. You put everything you have, your heart and soul, all your skill, into creating a vessel worthy of a guardian spirit. You test it and test it until it can and will last forever. You make it more than simple stone. In Khesbedj, when we needed a hero, we raised an army. We bound them together, taught them how and why to trust in each other. We forged them together, and we broke them to pieces, so that when they reassembled each other they would be more than the sum of their parts. This isn't about my people any more than it is about yours. If there's one thing that we know for sure, it's that no one nation, no one philosophy, no one man can stand alone for long. To fight back against the evils of this world that plague all our nations, we will build my father's vision. Five heroes, together as one team. With the Kolossos of legend, you five will be our defenders.
