Knighted a long time ago in a kingdom fallen, Sir Lahar Lovelot is the lone wanderer of the lands. He tends to show up where events happen. Contrary to his cute natural appearance, he has a sour attitude and the soul of a seasoned warrior, yet he is courteous and gentle. Others have a hard time taking him seriously because of his small size and adorable face.
The candles on his hat are enchanted and will not run out or leave droplets of wax, and not light things on fire without his will.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
He has a cat connection, which appears in a cat-like face, tails and ears. Black fur covers his entire body, while his skin is pink which is visible on his toe-beans. He is taller than small-folk usually are just by a little.
His left leg is missing knee down, he wears a silver peg-leg.
He has small horns and tiny fangs, both of which are considered beastly features and cause a great deal of discrimination from other small-folks.
Special abilities
Fire mage
He is very proficient in fire magic. His style of using it is to infuse his flames with special attributes. He does not like flashy attacks, and will often use smaller scale attacks, invisible flames or traps.
Swordsmanship
He is one of the very few small-folk who are proficient with melee weapons. Lahar's sword is a long-range rapier he mainly uses for stabbing moves; although the rapier is also sharpened and he can use it for slicing manoeuvres if he can get close enough.
He has the ability to encase his sword in flames, but he is annoyed by it flashing into his eyes and the invisible flames are too energy demanding to upkeep, so this is rarely done.
Potion-making
He can make potions and knows most forest and dark-lands ingredients. He does not admit his talent and refuses to rely on this skill in battle or enchancements; he mostly makes bath-oils and fur-balsams.
Cat connection
As a cat he has very good hearing and smelling, and can see fairly well in the dark. His whiskers are very sensitive to both air currents and magic flow. He can utilise his tail for various purposes as well, even hold his sword with it, although it has much weaker muscle power than his arms.
Apparel & Accessories
He wears a ragged black cape with dull patterns and a large collar. He as an oversized hat with candles lit on top. He is never seen outside without this hat as it hides his horns.
He wields a silver rapier, custom made for his size. He doesn't have a sheath for it, he always has it drawn and carries it in hand instead.
