Gilded Souls

Among the peoples of N'avaeria exist those with Gilded Souls, a gift of unknown origin. It is commonly believed that Gilded Souls have been touched by a deity, but no confirmable proof has ever been found. Those that have been chosen experience an increase of effectiveness of magical and natural healing, and those that practice magic have found that the powers they wield return at a much faster rate than normal.
Unless you and your DM decide otherwise, all player characters are Gilded Souls. Non-Gilded Souls use the 'Gritty Realism' optional rules from the Dungeon Master's Guide, and their spell slots regenerate at the rate of one spell level per day of rest or study.
