While Brodo and Lobelin concerned themselves with their escortee (
Rotrig)
Calia followed
Helnwein and searched the backyard. Meanwhile
Volkar followed the wine.
During their investigations the group found the wine to be suspect, as it was moved into the kitchen w/o the cook and server knowing. After it was cursed, and given to
Rotrig. This was eventually brought back to a
Dragonborn residing in the VIP room of the establishment. After being grilled for a while, man came clean, indicating he was given the scroll by a noble of some sort. Who happened to be in the establishment as well.
The noble lady not taking the threat very well, walked out, after which she was attacked by the group and
Volkar ingested her blood, but not after receiving some of her magic.
Not wanting to act on faint accusations,
Greta allowed the lady to walk off, but
Calia not taking that for an answer ended up with her in a fight in the streets, which eventually ended up with
Calia on the streets as well as the lady wounded.
After this confrontation things seemed too cool down, and
Greta voiced her displeasure with how
Calia handled things, and instructed the group to compile a report, which they could deliver to the fort, after which they could discuss a possible safe haven.
