Delaware

In a world of trickery and deceit, those who choose to trust others, are the first to die. Amongst the hustle and bustle of Delaware, you can pretty much come across anything your mind can imagine. From corner shops to canary carts, arms dealers to iron welders. Its the perfect place to live... but every planet has it's downfall, and this one's came from a man named Augustus Bose.   23 years ago, the "Big Blackout" and the "Kefalin crisis" forced Delaware into a state of global panic. They were running out of ways to power the planet, and no plans were being made to get them out of this mess. Until May 17th, 3205, when Augustus Bose was elected as Supreme Overseer. He came along with promises of clean energy, and plenty for all, and for a while... it actually worked. The planet was thriving and everything was normal. The issues started when the contracts hit the streets!   Large sums of money were offered out to every person living on Delaware, riding on the back of various contracts. These contracts required an assassination in order to be completed, and once people realised how much money could be made from these contracts, the whole planet turned on each other. Employees were fired out of lack of trust, police stations disappeared down to the fact that there were no more criminals, children were moved to secure facilities stationed around the globe where they could live in safety until the age of 18. The planet changed!   Experienced tough guys and street fighters suddenly emerged from the deep cracks of the planet, and the quieter, more peaceful groups retreated to their houses and apartments, away from the chaos. People chose their areas and stuck to them... all except two. Staxus and Phaedra. Brother and sister, determined to put an end to the madness which had ravaged the planet like a plague, and cut the head off the entire program, but soon they would realise how impossible their task would be!
