Council of Eastroth

• A council comprising of the mayor of the 15 largest cities in Eastroth
• Is tasked with making decisions that will affect the whole country
• the bigger the city the more influential the mayor is
• There is a divide in the council with most of the members comprising of elite supremist and a portion of people being from commoner cities
