Deiros

Deiros is a world suffused with magical energy. Within every stone, every plant, every flame and every beating heart. When there was naught but beasts roaming the land, there were no minds to give it form. It took imagination to breathe life and form into the magic. When the first peoples of these lands arrived their hopes, dreams and fears gave form to the gods they worshipped and the spirits they feared, the creations of their imaginations came to life by the power of the land. And new experiences and new imaginings trigger new creations to spring forth even today.   Deiros is the home-brew setting for a role-playing game. It has seen many incarnations over the last 25 years of development: through 2nd Edition Dungeons & Dragons, GURPS, Pathfinder, 4th Edition D&D and now to 5th Edition D&D. It has seen many adventurers already, and it is now seeing its greatest test.   The Great Plains of Nicil are becoming home to the Tyranny of Dragons storyline. The Cult of Dragons is seeking to bring forth a great doom upon the world, and it is up to a party of adventurers to unite the fractious people in and around the Great Plains to confront this doom.
