Tirians are the human inhabitants of the Southern Deldos Steppe. They are master horsemen and archers, being the first to innovate horse archery. Tirians value their horses and treat them better than themselves, believing that every rider is destined to own the horse that contains a part of their own spirit passed down from a previous life. Naming Conventions Tirians place their clan names before their given names.

Stats

Age Tirians live to the age of 50-75 years. Tirians who live to the age of 40 gain a bonus +1 to their dexterity and wisdom while their feeble bodies take a -1 to their strength.
Alignment Tirians are concerned with their clans and the goals of their clans but are otherwise unimpeded.
Size All Tirians are medium
Speed Base speed of Tirians is 30 feet
Language Tirians speak Tirian. They have adapted to many languages of the people of Istros and can choose 2 additional human languages to learn.
Ability Score Increase Tirians receive a +1 to their Dexterity and Constitution.
Proficiency Tirians are proficient in the animal handling skill. They are also proficient with the Longbow and Lance weapons.
Horse Archers On Horseback, Tirians have a plus 2 to hit with bows (Plus one dismounted). They can also craft a shortbow with enough material. At higher levels, they may craft their own masterwork bow.
