Purpose / Function

While many see it as a simple but vast market district, the damned garden is much more. Back ally trades move contraband, criminals hide in plain sight, and some say even rebels lurk here waiting to stab the heart of New Cheliax.

Architecture

Smooth sandstone, dry cracking wood with cloth walls, all variety of structures make up this hodge-podge market. Broken stone streets make up the majority of the infrastructure, even bridges wane with use. Statues of devils watch over the market supposedly ensuring fair trade within the area, few are willing to test if the stories of the stone guardians are true or myths.
