Vengeance Domain
A subclass of the Cleric class. There will always be those who have been wronged, robbed, or wounded. So much is lost to greed, treachery, and murder. In a corrupt world, sworn alliances crumble and trust shatters. Some can indulge in the complacency of forgiveness and compassion. For others, this is mere cowardice, a refusal to stand against the tyranny of injustice. When confronted with pain and devastation, the weak settle for acceptance. The strong choose Vengeance. Bogtin grants this domain.

Starting at level 1st level, you gain proficiency with martial weapons and heavy armor.
Eye for an Eye
Also at 1st level, you can psychically rebuke attackers. When a creature within 5 feet of you that you can see hits you with an attack, you can use your reaction to cause the creature to make an Intelligence saving throw. The creature takes 2d8 psychic damage on a failed saving throw, and half as much damage on a successful one.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (a minimum of once). You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Channel Divinity: Marked for Vengeance
At 2nd level, you learn how to mark a creature as the target of your vengeance. With a bonus action, you put a mark on a creature. While marked like this, the creature takes an additional 1d8 psychic damage from your attacks, spells and Divine Retribution feature. The mark lasts until you release it, or until the creature dies. Only one creature can be mark at a time, if you recast it, the current mark disappears.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (a minimum of once). You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Hunt the Marked
At 6th level, you are able to learn the location of the target of your revenge. After spending 10 minutes in prayer, a target with the Mark of Vengeance is revealed to you through the power of your deity. When the target is revealed, you are aware of the general direction of the marked target at any range. When you are within 120 ft. of the target, you know its specific location.
Swift Retribution
At 8th level, when you one of your allies, that you can see, is hit by an attack from your mark while they are within 30 ft of you, you can use your god's might to strike them down for their wrong doings. Once per round, a creature that is Marked for Vengeance hits one of your allies with an attack will take 1d8 psychic damage. At 14th level, this damage increases to 2d8.
Vengeful Divinity
Starting at 17th level, you are a true bane to their marks. You can, once per long rest, while a creature is marked, become an Angel of Vengeance. While an angel, you gain wings (any armor or clotting you're wearing transforms to accommodate them), which give you a flying speed of 60 ft. While not in the air, and have your wings deployed, you can use your wings as shields if you aren't wielding one already. You can add half of your Wisdom modifier to your AC (rounded down, with a minimum of +1).
Also, while in this form if your mark deals damage to you, the next time they make a saving throw against one of your spells that deals damage, you can have them make that roll at disadvantage with a bonus action when you cast the spell.
This form lasts for 1 hour, and during this time, you can freely deploy or hide your wings.
