A living gun creature created by the Illithid. It shoots poisonous needles at very long range, and reloads by drinking blood. Commonly wielded by Gith bodyguards, as well as by Illithid themselves.
When not in use, it can go into hibernation mode so it can survive without food for a long time. However, if it goes without feeding for several decades, it can die.

A living creature in the form of a gun, with four tentacles that shoot poison at the target when it is fired. It is capable of shooting 20 shots before reloading.
In order to reload, it must wrap its tentacles around a willing or restrained target and drain their health. As a melee attack, the wielder presses it against the target and it drains 1xHD hit points from the target.
