Celebration Domain

All people, across all cultures, will find cause for celebration. They will indulge in love, music, alcohol, competition, and revelry. The most dedicated of participants may become worshipers of some of the gods of such things, such as Shet and Jhaartael/Caesis. Followers of these gods dedicate themselves to the spread of happiness and joy and bringing it in its many forms -- be it loving festivity or raucous debauchery -- to whoever will accept it.   Celebration Domain Spells   Cleric Level Spells   1st charm person, hideous laughter   3rd calm emotions, enhance ability   5th beacon of hope, slow   7th banishment, confusion   9th dominate person, mass cure wounds   Acolyte of Celebration   When you choose this domain at 1st level, you gain one cantrip of your choice from the bard spell list. For you, this is a cleric cantrip. You also gain proficiency in Performance and with any musical instrument.   Channel Divinity: Intoxicating Wave   Starting at 2nd level, you can use your Channel Divinity to project a blast of intoxicating energy and affect your foes' physical and mental conditions.   As an action, you present your holy symbol, and a wave of energy springs forth. Roll 6d10 + your cleric level; this is how many; hit points of creatures this can effect. Hostile creatures in a 15-foot cone originating from you are affected in ascending order of their current hit points (ignoring unconscious creatures of creatures immune to being charmed).   Starting with the creature that has the lowest current hit points, each creature affected by this spell has disadvantage on attack rolls, Dexterity saving throws, and Wisdom saving throws until the start of your next turn. Subtract each creature's hit points from the total before moving on to the creature with the next lowest hit points. A creature's hit points must be equal to or less than the remaining total for that creature to be affected.   Channel Divinity: Joyous Fortitude   Beginning at 6th level, you can use the power of divine joy and positive energy to bolster the mental defenses of yourself or an ally. When you or a creature you can see within 30 feet of you rolls an Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma saving throw, you can use your reaction to grant that creature a bonus to that roll equal to half your cleric level (rounded down). You make this choice after you see the roll, but before the DM says whether the saving throw succeeds or fails.   Potent Spellcasting   Starting at 8th level, you add your Wisdom modifier to the damage you deal with any cleric cantrip.   Life of the Party   At 17th level, you add heroes' feast and Otto's irresistible dance to your list of domain spells. Like your other domain spells, they are always prepared and they count as cleric spells for you.   Additionally, you are immune to being charmed, and when you cast a spell of the enchantment school, or use your Channel Divinity: Intoxicating Wave, on a target that normally cannot be charmed, it affects the target regardless.
