Black Dragon Breeding Collective

A clan of Black Dragons who banded together out of desperation to negotiate breeding grounds for their kind within the Throne of Wings. They are responsible for maintaining the fetid swamps and acid vats their kind uses for incubation there. The membership consists entirely of male black dragons, reflecting the breeding patterns traditional to their species.
