719 Via Della Primavera is a two-story townhouse in Bellino's Antiquarian Ward, formerly owned by Quentin Pomeroy. It is part of a line of grey brick townhouses, and sports a blue front door and small front and back patio areas.

First Floor
The ground floor opens with a red-carpeted entry hallway. To the left is a well-appointed kitchen and dining area, with a six-seat table beside one of the front windows. To the right is an entrance to a living room-turned guest room, sporting two single beds, a fireplace, arrangement, and tasteful off-white wallpaper. Doors to the first floor bathroom can be found both in the guest room and beside the staircase. The back of the first floor features a staircase to the second floor, behind which is a door to the back patio, and a small fenced-in garden with a fountain. It is surrounded on all sides by other townhouses, some with their own patios and garden spaces. A door to the basement stairwell can be found at the back of the kitchen area. Second Floor & Attic
The second floor is centered around an uneven hexagonal hall, with doors to a bathroom, master bedroom, spare closet, and study. A hatch to the attic is located on the ceiling. The master bedroom is a large room with a single, king-sized bed in the center, with a walk-in closet to its left and a wardrobe to its right. Art and tapestries can be found across is blue walls. Beside the window is a door to the second-story balcony. The study features an expansive wall of bookcases, a dark mahogany desk and leather chair with its back to the window, a low couch, and a fine bras gramophone. The attic is mostly filled with crates and barrels, but has a single-person sleeping cot set up before a round window, overlooking the street.
