Deva Tears
Commonly mistaken for the iceflower, this plant's similar blue petals resemble a Thimbler's Daughter far more than they do an iceflower. The plant also tends to bloom reddish farther up north in particularly iron-rich soil. It grows on a leafy stalk and blooms in small woodland clearings in Northern Faerûn. The flowers produce a thick and sparkling milk-like sap that contains its seeds when the plant is mature, and thus attracts a lot of attention from bees.
The milk or "tears" of the deva plant is often used in various customs, both regional and religious.
