Darwin Relents

Darwin Relents is a strange world of giant anthropomorphic animals, pet people, and zero privacy; a world of a thousand nations, each with a unique way of doing things.       And then there is the the Philosopher. The Philosopher is an AI which catalogs all information possible, and makes it freely available for all to see. The Philosopher also uses this information to come up with new inventions and ideas.       The globe is drastically different in Darwin Relents, with many hundreds of tiny, autonomous provinces, form a loose World Confederation. Every province uses one form of government, and one form of economy. Every government is a single congress consisting of worker's syndicates, guilds, civilian organizations, with a few seats always reserved for the Solar Merchant Navy and other Federal groups.
