Taro

Taro is a lowly collector for the city. He collects tariffs for the various entrepreneurs coming in and selling their produce to local businesses. Recently, Shelly, a merchant, has been avoiding Taro and for the third time in a row has failed to pay his tariff.
Taro knows that the templars will have his head if he fails to come up with the money and so he goes to the Fat Gorak to drown his sorrows. Blind drunk, he meets the PCs and implores them for aid. The PCs fulfilled their promise to help Taro in exchange he gave them access to the nobles' quarters.
