The loose coalition of pirates, privateers and smugglers, united together by Hank the Briny Bulldog, who came under one banner for profit. Prior to this, the pirates had been warring with various kingdoms and each other in an effort to profit off of the various trading vessels that were often left unguarded sailing in the Gulf of Paluche.
