Ivu ('Eee-Voo')

The Ivu are a mysterious race of alien cyborgs who are all seemingly aligned with the Galactic Government. Their origin is not known but it is theorised that they are an artificially created species by the Galactic Government in an attempt to create their own super soldiers. They are a very valuable asset to the government due to how expensive they are to produce, so if one were to rebel against them, go missing or end up killed in action, it is considered a huge loss of resources to the government.
Ivu possess intelligence and are able to think on their own as well as act upon their own needs, some of them do not take orders so easily while others are extremely loyal, this makes them difficult to work with and unpredictable in the eyes of the government. Despite being able to think for themselves, they are unable to experience emotion, they do not feel guilt, sadness, anger, happiness, or anything else, they simply act upon what they need.
Most Ivu are predominantly female, this is due to the face that they were the most commonly successful compared to males who didn't seem as intelligent or skilled due to some biological defects, that isn't to say that male Ivu don't exist as some of them were successful unlike other males and were able to act as skilfully as the females. Ivu are very to come across at random, one would only encounter an Ivu if they were hiring it or were the target of the Ivu.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Not much of an Ivus body is organic, they have cybernetic legs which allow them to move around at a considerable pace and they also possess masks which act as their face. Underneath all of the armour and cybernetics however, is a head and torso alongside two arms which are missing hands. They have several needles which are stabbed into their exposed brain in order to allow them to absorb information and learn, it also allowed them to quickly calculate situations. Their eyes are cybernetic, without them their face is just a large brain with a set of teeth, they have three eyes which are attached to their brain.
Despite how dangerous an Ivu can be, they aren't designed to be able to take many hits, they are designed to avoid hits by turning invisible or using acrobatics to move out of the way. But when an Ivu is struck even once, it can end up being very deadly for them and will most often lead to their death. This is because of shock, they aren't used to being hit and when they are, the needles in their brain are unable to properly process it and so they mess up and end up killing the Ivu.
