Waterfront District

The Waterfront District is Tillia's main connection to the rest of the outside world. All imports and exports by ship need to pass through the waterfront. Hundreds of warehouses store imported goods, granaries, and weapons stockpiled in the unlikely event of a siege. Besides Sovereign Hill, Warehouse District is one of the least populated areas of the city. Most that live there are only dock workers, longshoremen, and crew members spending a few nights in the local boarding houses away from their docked ships.
