Tartarus

Everyone is equal in the great pits of Tartarus. Boiling away a mortal soul's individuality and compassion, the great tar pits of Tartarus favor no man or elf.

Geography

Souls of the Damned fall into Tartarus from the sky, and land in or around the great pits of tar that boil endlessly. If they miss the tar pits and land on the hard rock of the ground, they rarely recover fast enough to avoid being thrown in by the demons that patrol the shores.

Fauna & Flora

No plants thrive in Tartarus, and the only creatures that live here are demons, demonic entities, and the endlessly boiling souls that fall from the sky.
