Goddess of Creation Danae
In the beginning, there was nothing but the Veil, an infinite expanse of magical possibility, that had no beginning, and no end. The Veil wanted more, however, and created two beings from inside itself; Xirus and Danae. Xirus was happy to live in the Veil with Danae for eons, with only each other for company. Danae was not content, however, and craved more. So, the Veil taught her how to use its power and possibilities, and she crafted children from the veil. These children became the Elder Gods, and started to create galaxies, solar systems, and planets. Danae separated the Veil from this new universe, calling it the Mortal Plane. Her children created children of their own and began to reside over pieces of creation.
Danae watched as her creations created more, and more, until the universe was finished, with life beginning to evolve on planets everywhere. Her children began to guide the evolution, creating Humans, Elves, Orcs, and so much more. Danae looked upon the universe she started, and she wept tears of joy, for her love for the universe was unrivaled.
