Pocket Neglect

Pocket Neglect, originally called Zarovil's Isolation Procedure (and often called ZIP in Wizard communities) is a natural law of magic (discovered by Zarovil Marovil Zazil) where Pocket Planes that have been neglected for too long close up on themselves in the Astral Sea. Following the ZIP they are gone forever and can never be recovered, only recreated.   The event itself happens almost instantaneously, annihilating anything in the direct vicinity of it. According to Zarovil Marovil Zazil he's lost his favorite hat to such an occurance, but thankfully was able to fully recreate the hat after.   Zarovil Marovil Zazil is currently working on trying to find a way to un-ZIP a ZIPPED plane, but hasn't found much success yet in his research. The Wizard has once stated in passing that he's determined to find a way to access Rinbó's lost library.

Manifestation

The Pocket Plane's entrance swirls a little then the event happens as it violently closes on itself. One has roughly 4-6 seconds to react to the entire happening, most of which is the swirling motion and the increasing pull towards the center.

Localization

Pocket Neglect only happens inside the Astral Sea. Nobody knows what happens to objects inside the plane, as observing them was proven to delay the event. There's no known way to get into the same pocket once it closes, teleportation spells also fail on ZIPPED planes too.
