Orfen's Mark

Orfen's Mark is a white fungal infection that integrates itself into the parts of your body it eats. The only known way to contact Orfen's Mark is through Orfen Tears. It usually starts eating you from the point of infection and slowly grows with each new dose. It's also known as "the face-eating drug".
It kills the user when it reaches the brain or the heart. When the infected dies, the mushroom explodes its body into black ash.
Orfen's Mark is not a disease, or something that can be cured. It's a living mushroom taking over one's body. Amputations have been known to be effective against it, although that is not a path one can take once it reaches their neck.
