Mark of the Council's Protector

Mark of the Council's Protector is a magical tattoo / mark that is used for those that pledge their protection towards New Athelor and the World Council. Invoking the Mark of the Council's Protector instantly teleports its wielder to the World Council Teleportation Circle.
The Mark is one time use and its magical properties fade after use (however it does leave a wound shaped like it if not treated). Reprinting the Mark apparently costs a lot of Danars as it requires the crushing of several Blood Crystals.

History

The Mark was developed this way so that those that the World Council wish to hire as protectors don't have to constantly stay inside New Athelor.
