Evercloud

The Evercloud is a non-traveling, solid-surface collection of clouds which has been discovered to hold magical properties. It can support any weight, even cities, however if something is falling too fast towards it, it will fall through the bottom just like any other cloud. This phenomenon is yet to be explained by Researchers.

Geography

It is a thick collection of clouds resulting in bumpy and weirdly-shaped terrain. There are no holes inside the clouds, so only the edges (or falling too fast) are dangerous.

Localized Phenomena

It's almost as if past a certain speed the cloud treats the subject as immaterial. Which is incredibly weird for something that can hold even castles.
