Blood Rot Sickness (blʌd rɒt sɪknɪs)

Blood Rot Sickness is a disease native to the Blood Swamp and the Blood River. It doesn't spread from dali to dali, and is mostly caught by swimming in the water. There are two ways Blood Rot Sickness manifests: either it completely Paralyzes the host and slowly eats it from the inside, or it rots their skin but otherwise lingers on in them harmlessly.
If the affected creature sweats, the sweat will have a hint of red.

If you see someone sweating blood while sleeping, or otherwise being motionless, please seek the nearest apothecary as soon as possible!
