Blindsight

Blindsight - although its name originates from Blind - is completely separate from sight. It's a describing word of an ability to sense one's surroundings even if those would be unsenseable otherwise. A creature with Blindsight would know of a creature standing behind them even if that second creature had no smell, made no sounds, and was standing outside of vision.
It's a particular sense that's theorized as sensing of Ki, something that's popularly developed by powerful Monks and their masters.
