Purpose / Function

The headquarters of Khali Hammermail's vast shipping empire. It began as a small shack used to keep records of his shipments, but has grown along with the company into a massive building that towers above its surroundings in the Shipping District and handles the shipments made by 15 separate cargo ships kept operating at all hours of the day.
